Gerald Hicks

Gerald A. "Jerry" Hicks Jr., 57, of Greenwich, passed away unexpectedly on March 2, 2020 at Fisher-Titus Medical Center. He was born on March 1, 1963, in Norwalk, and has lived in Greenwich for the last 15 years. He was a veteran of the US Army, and had worked for the Laborers Union Local #480 in Sandusky. He was an avid outdoorsman who loved fishing, hunting, and all things motorcycles.

He is survived by his mother Donna (Balfour) Hicks; his wife of 17 years, Tracy "Scholie" Ogle, his siblings Julie Berlinski, of Birmingham, Suzanne Chandler, of Vermilion, and Donna (Jody) Peavey, of Pinellas Park, FL, three nephews, two nieces, and his step-children Jordan Ogle and Jaimie Hoover.

He was preceded in death by his father Gerald A. Hicks Sr.

Friends may call on Thursday from 4:00 to 8:00 at the Morman Funeral Home, 16 Cooper Street, Wakeman, where services will be held on Friday at 11:00 am. Chaplain Mel Sayler will be officiating. Burial will take place at a later date at Birmingham Cemetery.
