Jerry Trimble, 71, of Wakeman, passed away on September 19, 2017 at the Cleveland Clinic. He was born on August 15, 1946 in Burdine, KY to the late David and Agnes Trimble and has lived in the Wakeman area since 1979. He enlisted in the US Marines and served as an Embassy Guard and reached the rank of Sergeant. He worked at PC Campana in Lorain for 34 years. In his retirement years, he partnered with his son Chris at Trimble Trucking. He loved spending time with his grandson Nick and riding his motorcycle. He enjoyed helping people and traveling with his wife. He is survived by his wife of 47 years Darlene (Carrington), his children, Michael Trimble, of Amherst, Chris (Allison) Trimble, of Wakeman, his siblings Tracy Ricketts, of Lagrange, KY, James (Brenda) Trimble, of AZ, Robert (Susan) Trimble, of Lorain, grandson Nicholas Trimble, and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his brother Richard G. Trimble. Private services will take place at a later date.
