Mrs. Paula Jeannine Willgrube, 92, of Huron, OH passed away September 28, 2021. She was born January 13, 1929 in Fostoria, OH and then attended Huron High School. Paula was a farm wife and mother of six children. She was truly a farmer's wife, and she loved to iron and loved to do the dishes. She had a passion for baking. She loved babies and really enjoyed small children. She enjoyed babysitting, and was truly a mother to many. Paula was a member of People's Church in Sandusky, where she taught Sunday School for many years. She was very quiet but very strong. She was beautiful and loving, and was a faithful servant of God.
Paula is survived by her children, Jacquelyn "Jackie" Klonk, Merritt "Chuck" Willgrube, Larry (Sandy) Willgrube, Lynn (Mary) Willgrube, Mark Willgrube, and Kathy (Dennis) Albert; grandchildren, Kate (Justin) Lanning, Ron (Heather) Schuh, Jennifer (Gary) Richardson, Daniel (Mallory) Klonk, Nicole (Marcos) Kubow, Chad (Stacy) Willgrube, Kristin (Michael) Havanas, Sarah Willgrube, Fred (Katie) Willgrube, Joshua (Angela) Willgrube, Christopher Willgrube, Seth (Amber) Albert, Jeremy (Tabitha) Albert, Trevor (Jessica) Albert, Morgan Albert, Shannon (Robbie) Ellis, and Grandchild-In-Law, Tiffany Willgrube; 37 Great-Grandchildren; 2 Great-Great-Grandchildren; siblings, Harriette Anthony, Julie (Rance) Longworth, James Hallman, Joe Hallman, Stephan Hallman, and Kenny Hallman; brother-in-law, Bill Felton; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Paula was preceded in death by her husband of 63 years, Merritt Willgrube; father, James Hallman; mother, Edna (Jenkins) Purvis; step-father, Paul Purvis; step-mother, Kathryn Hallman; son-in-law, Dan Klonk; grandchild, Joe Willgrube; sister, Sally Felton; brother-in-law, James Anthony; sister, Susan (Dallas) Smith; and sister, Missy Butcher.
Friends may call from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Monday, October 4, 2021 at Morman-Hinman-Tanner Funeral Home, 38 South Street, Berlin Heights. Services will be held on Tuesday, October 5, 2021 12:00 PM at Morman-Hinman-Tanner Funeral Home. A private graveside service will be held at a later date.
