July 10, 1953 ~ October 14, 2020 (age 67)

Obituary

Cheryl J. (Wonderland) Kline, 67, of Wakeman, OH passed away at home after a valiantly fought battle with a terminal illness. She was born July 10, 1953, to the late Mary (Ferguson) Wonderland and William Grabowski in Cleveland, Ohio. Cheryl graduated from New London High School/Ehove Career Center in 1971. She worked her way up through Van Dresser Corporation in Norwalk, OH over 11 years. She was then employed at Lear Corporation Huron, OH. Cheryl loved to play as hard as she worked. She loved her family, friends, and warm weather. The beach, Kelley's Island, music, dancing, boating, a cocktail in hand, the wind in her hair, even if just on a golf cart ride - all equaled vacation every day. Cheryl was the life of the party, the light in the room. Her independence and fun-loving personality took her to southwest Florida for 17 years before moving back to Ohio to be close to family over the last few years. She cared about her family history and spent time exploring her genealogy. Cheryl loved her job as Purchasing Manager at Trinity Manufacturing in Bradenton, Florida where she remained employed even after returning to Ohio staying on through her illness. Cheryl enjoyed being a part of her neighborhood; they were very much a part of her extended family and was grateful for how they cared for her.

Cheryl is survived by her loving children Timothy E. (Teresia) Crabbs of Collins, Ohio, Heather D. (Kenneth) Fraelich of Wakeman, Ohio and by her grandchildren, Alexander Foster, Thane Crabbs, Eric Crabbs, Camden Crabbs, Quincey Crabbs, Brexton Fraelich, Georgia Crabbs, Korissa Fraelich, great-granddaughter, Payslee Foster, and her beloved rescue kitty, Lola. Cheryl is also survived by her siblings Joyce Campbell, James Zirkles, and Cynthia Mileti.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her sister, Barbara Farnsworth and her brother, William Grabowski.

Private services are being held at this time. A public celebration of life will be held at a later date.
