Last week the world lost a ray of sunshine. Jamie Lynn Butler, born March 19, 1990, passed away last Wednesday, January 5, 2022 at Fisher Titus Medical Center in the arms of her loving husband. Jamie was to anyone in her world a breath of fresh air, the person to talk to when it felt like no one else cared. Her mission was to exuberate positivity. She could make friends in any environment and keep them. An active member of her community, Jamie was a Girl Scout leader for years and a member of the Parents Club. Her family was most important to her, making sure no one ever missed an event. Completely selfless, everyone came before her. Always the last to eat, the last to rest and the first to wake up, every moment of every one of her days was built around other people and their needs. Never fancy, self-absorbed, or arrogant, Jamie did her best to give everyone hope, light, and happiness; even if they were a stranger in grocery store she was always trying to show them how to save money. She had a sixth sense to people's emotions and would find the one person in the room that was down and she wouldn't give up until they felt better and they had her number to call for when they were down again. Jamie was greatly loved and shall be sadly missed, however her positive, loving, and nurturing spirit lives on through her parents, Eddie and Lynn Burke; husband Brendan; children, Elizabeth, Brendan, and Daniel; and her siblings, Samantha and Garrett.
Due to current circumstances all services for Jamie will be private.
