Miranda Sue Mills

September 29, 1992 ~ July 18, 2020 (age 27)


Miranda Sue Mills, 27, of Wakeman passed away July 18, 2020. She was a 2011 graduate of New London High School. She was an STNA and worked at various nursing homes, where she was very emotionally connected with her residents. She was a happy-go-lucky person and a loving aunt to her nieces and nephews. She loved to play softball and play the flute when she was in high school. She loved music, and her favorites were Red Hot Chili Peppers, The Offspring, and Sublime. She always had a smile on her face, and she'd give you the shirt off her back if you needed it.

Miranda is survived by her father, Raymond Mills, her brothers, William Kidd and Raymond (Ashlee) Mills, Jr., her aunts Joyce Affolter and Margaret (Tim) Taylor, uncles, Virgil Mills, Noah Mills, and Michael (Debbie) Mills, cousin, Renee Taylor, nephews, Kaycen Mills, Khylor Mills, JJ Nichols, nieces, Rylee Nichols, and Emilee Long, and many other family members and friends.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Connie (Kidd) Mills, grandparents, Noah Mills and Ethel Mills, and uncle, Ernie Mills.

Friends may call Thursday, July 30 from 5:00pm to 8:00pm at the Morman Funeral Home, 16 Cooper Street, Wakeman. Services will be held Friday, July 31 at 12:00 noon at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Camden Cemetery.
