Richard "Dick" William Angelo, 89, of Berlin Heights, OH passed away December 25, 2020. He was born September 10, 1931 in Birmingham, Ohio and graduated from Birmingham High School in 1951. He enlisted in the Army and served for four years. He went on to own and operate RW Angelo & Son Milk Transport. He was a member of several organizations, including AmVets, Birmingham Fire Department, and VFW.
Dick was very outgoing and friendly, and never met a stranger. He was funny and loved to tease his family. He raised his family with a strong work ethic, and they knew he loved them. He was a man of his word.
Dick is survived by his wife of 51 years, Betty (Vaughn) Angelo, sons, Joe Angelo of Fort Myers, Florida, and Dan Angelo of Sandusky, daughters, Sherri Williams, of Berlin Heights, Terri Krzak, of Huron, and DeAnn Mckillips, of Norwalk; nine grandchildren, many great-grandchildren, a brother, James Angelo, of Florida, a sister, Stella Soisson, of Norwalk, and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, Joseph Angelo; mother, Josephine (Gatto) Angelo; brothers, Joseph Angelo, Robert "Doby" Angelo; and sisters, Mary "Toots" Angelo and Marguerite "Dolly" Cline.
Services will be private per the family's request.
